KEEPING IN CONTROL OF YOUR FINANCES
We feel that keeping in control of your own finances is another way of ensuring that your venture is profitable. Many Property Management companies ask for anything between $2000 to $5000 dollars up front for an escrow account to pay bills on behalf of their homeowners. Some have even been known to go bankrupt taking others money with them, We believe Homeowners should control their own funds so that they will know what they are paying for and how much. We do not hold an escrow account of your money. Our promise to you is that included in your monthly rate will be small minor jobs that are needed to be done, no extra fee for every little call out, we will not spend your money without prior approval and no unexpected bills for services you are not sure have been carried out.
