Start up Service
We provide you with a comprehensive start up service, so that your villa can be licensed.
- Ensuring that your telephone is connected and a ‘block` put in place for long distance and international calls, unless you are paying the monthly $35 to allow free calls.
- Supply and fit fire extinguisher (s) / Patio door alarm (s) / Life buoy / Pool cover.
- Supply and fit an air-conditioning lock box with a programmable control unit. This is to prevent anyone tampering with the air-conditioning and will save you a lot of money on fuel bills.
- Supply and fit a pool heater lock box, again to prevent tampering with the heater switch therefore saving you $$$$$.
- Supply and fit a key safe for easy access to your home, so that your guests are able to drive from the airport straight there without having to make an unnecessary detour to collect keys from an office, especially after a long and tiresome journey.
- Organize connection of the utilities if needed.
Home Cleaning
The property management team in Kissimmee will schedule all your home cleaning and bill you on a monthly basis. A custom price will be given based upon each individual villa.
Keeping your home in pristine condition is very important, to encourage repeat bookings. We recommend your home should have a spring clean once a year and many homeowners do these themselves. However if you don’t visit regularly or don’t want to waste valuable holiday time, then we can supply a spring clean service and a price will be quoted upon request. Normal cleans do include a thorough cleaning (top to toe chores), washing, drying, making up beds, distributing linens throughout the home, and we also include refreshments, fresh toilet rolls and soaps for new clients when they arrive.
