We understand there are homeowners that keep their homes purely for their own family vacation, and therefore, do not need all of the property management facilities that Florida First Property Management has to offer. Although your home is not being used from week to week, there are still ongoing jobs that need to be done to keep your home running smoothly and in pristine condition. Florida First Property Management offers our Caretaker Package to address your requirements for condos, townhomes and single family homes. In the Cartake Package, we:
- Provide free refreshments of tea, coffee, sugar and creamers to greet you when you arrive.
- 24-hour emergency response for any property management issue.
- Arrange for repair/maintenance work (with your prior approval).
- Schedule a house cleaning after your vacation, should you require it.
- Monitor the performance of all work done.
- Switch air-conditioning filters as required.
- Replace light bulbs as required.
- Inspect fire extinguishes and ensure they comply with appropriate regulations.
- Check and replace toilet flappers when required.
- Check and replace smoke detector batteries as needed.
- Organize external and internal pest control if required.
- Inspect your home on a regular basis and report back to you.
These additional services will be included in your package if you own a town and single-family home and require the service:
- Provide lawn care incl. grass cutting, bordering, tree/shrub trimming and flowerbeds maintenance.
- Provide weekly pool cleaning (to prevent a green pool) including cleaning of the decking and patio furniture.
- Turn you pool heater on for you when you arrive.
- Change pool batteries as required.
- Clear excess refuse from property when you have finished your vacation.
